Lake Tyers Beach is a seaside suburb of Lakes Entrance in Victoria. The beach itself is pristine and less frequented than other beaches in town. Besides swimming, and surfing at Red Bluff, Lake Tyers Beach is a great place to go fishing for salmon, tailor, snapper, whiting and more.

For breakky, lunch or something in between you just can't go past The General cafe in town. They do a mind-blowing chilli prawn scramble, and their coffee is the best this side of Melbourne after Warragul. For lunch, dinner or beers on the verandah, Lake Tyers Beach Tavern is another must-visit. The Tavern has sweeping views of Lake Tyers and there is always a great atmosphere.
