Perform aseptic filling operations following GMP and company procedures. Complete production paperwork, batch records, and logbook entries accurately. Follow all written procedures and documentation requirements for fill room operations. Collect product samples and perform fill-weight and quality checks. Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, walls, floors, and production areas. Assist with preventative maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating production equipment or analytical instrumentation in a manufacturing environment. OR 2 years of experience working as a Cleanroom Operator. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, GMP guidelines, and documentation procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Availability to work required weekend overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52624.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
