7+ years of Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Agile Delivery experience.\nExperience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple teams.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience tracking and managing project dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.\nProven ability to drive execution and hold teams accountable to delivery commitments.\nExperience working directly with software engineering and IT delivery organizations.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
