This is a physical warehouse position requiring prior logistics experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to operate or become certified on powered mobile equipment.Required Skills2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar experienceForklift or powered mobile equipment experienceAbility to become certified on at least one type of powered mobile equipmentExperience receiving and shipping inbound and outbound freightOrder picking and product selection experienceInventory replenishment and material-handling experienceAbility to use warehouse technology and inventory systemsStrong commitment to safety and security proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical warehouse duties for the full shiftAbility to work a 5:00 AM–3:30 PM scheduleJob DescriptionReceive and ship inbound and outbound freight while maintaining inventory accuracy.Replenish merchandise to designated warehouse and customer-facing areas.Select and prepare goods accurately and efficiently for customer orders and deliveries.Use warehouse technology to track and manage inventory.Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and powered pallet jacks.Move, stage, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.Operate the cardboard baler by loading cardboard and initiating the compression cycle.Follow all safety, security, and warehouse operating procedures.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Support additional warehouse and logistics functions as needed.Preferred SkillsCurrent forklift or powered equipment certification.Experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center.Previous experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.Experience operating multiple types of powered material-handling equipment.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBenefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
